General Job Description:

Maintains and repairs facility, grounds and manufacturing machinery. Supervises custodial staff.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Knowledgeof manufacturing machinery
Highschool diploma or equivalent
Fiveor more years related experience
Hands-onknowledge of painting, carpentry, plumbing, etc.
Extensiveknowledge of electrical wiring, circuits, etc.
Mustsupply own tools
Specific Duties:

Inspect,maintain and perform primary repair of mechanical equipment.Performpreventive maintenance on all building machinery and equipment
Make recommendations regarding replacement of machinery
Keepthe building in compliance with OSHA regulations
