Per Se Group has a great opportunity for an experienced Solar Technician for a contract opportunity in California. The Solar Technician works collaboratively with team members to install, maintain, and repair utility scale solar panels paying strong attention to safety &
compliance.

Responsibilities

Install solar panels, inverters, racking systems, and other necessary equipment according to design specifications and industry standards.Configure and test system components to ensure proper operation and performance.Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure timely and accurate installation.Install solar panels, inverters, racking systems, and other necessary equipment according to design specifications and industry standards.Configure and test system components to ensure proper operation and performance.Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure timely and accurate installation.

Preferred Skills and ExpertiseHigh school diploma or equivalent;
technical or vocationaltraining in solar energy or related field preferred.Knowledge of electrical systems and components, including AC and DC circuits, inverters, substations, and transformers.Commitment to safety, quality, and environmental stewardship.Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
