Shift:
Night shift (6 PM - 6 AM) on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule
Compensation:
$37.40 per hour + $2.00 shift differential
The Electrical Maintenance Technician is the primary electrical/electronic technical resource for operations, engineering and the shift maintenance technicians. The technician will provide hands-on technical support for equipment repair and reliability, operational safety issues, and special projects.
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Locate and diagnose equipment failures.
Act as the night shift lead resource on electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
Troubleshoot controls systems and automation issues.
Replace defective components and perform basic troubleshooting using standard equipment and technical documentation.
Inspect circuits, wiring, and test electrical equipment for safety and efficiency.
Proactively assist maintenance technicians in machine troubleshooting and repair efforts.
Assist engineers in diagnosing problems and suggesting corrective action.
Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment using testing instruments and hand/power tools.
Continuously review processes to improve product/process quality and reduce waste.
