Electrical Engineer - Melt Shop Supervisor

Job Description
Steel mill in Western Tennessee needs a Supervisor for EAF MELTING or LMF MELTING. The Melt Shop Supervisor will work in the Melting operations responsible for Electric Arc Furnace (EAF), Supervision, Training, Safety, Process Improvement, Quality, SOP, Planning, Team Development, Performance Assessments, Best Practices, etc.Relocation Assistance is available.
· Must have at least five years’ experience supervising steel melt shop workers.
· Will improve production volume, reduce delays, and improve process reliability.
· Experience in continuous improvement, and lean manufacturing, especially as it applies to steel or other primary metals, is required.
· A strong background in automation in the steel industry is a plus.
