Job Description
We are looking for a Data Analyst who has the ambition to help drive Dungarvin's performance by utilizing data to tell a story.This is not an IT role.
You'll dive into the world of data, crafting reports, solving issues, and uncovering insights that will revolutionize operations. Your main quest? Harnessing the power of Dungarvin’s EHR system, Therap, and beyond, to deliver actionable information that fuels quality improvements, ensures national standards compliance, and seamlessly integrates acquired companies.

Perform data cleansing and data transformation to ensure data accuracy and consistency for analysis.
Proactively identify areas of opportunity to improve the reporting process as well as areas of underperformance. While providing explanations and interpretations of the data aka what story is the data telling us...
Generate reports and dashboards to present data findings clearly and understandably to non-technical audiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Conduct ad-hoc analyses and data mining to answer specific healthcare-related questions and support research initiatives.
Develop and implement data analysis methodologies, statistical models, and data visualization techniques to interpret healthcare data.
Help oversee the Therap rollout for acquired companies, making sure they follow national standards and best practices. We'll be transitioning these companies to Dungarvin’s Electronic Health Record (EHR), and we'll use reports to check how smoothly the rollout is going.
