About the position:
The Ecommerce Support Specialist supports Ecommerce Account and Marketplace Manager in managing various ecommerce channels. They assist in maintaining dealer portals, handling non-connected ecommerce orders, and enforcing MAP policy.

Essential Tasks of the Ecommerce Support Specialist:
Ecommerce Portal/Site Management
Handle customer inquiries and requests efficiently
Oversee daily order management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Manage returns and facilitate the review process effectively.
Transaction Troubleshooting
Assist in troubleshooting EDI issues to ensure seamless order processing.
Manage order entry and tracking updates to maintain smooth operations.
Conduct audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of invoicing/credit processes.
Data and Order Entry
Handles orders from non-connected ecommerce platforms.
Assists with other data entry ecommerce tasks.
MAP Enforcement
Assist in enforcing Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies across ecommerce channels.
Ecommerce Team Support
Support Ecommerce Team with adhoc tasks and projects to support sales
Requirements
This job might be for you if you have:
High School diploma or equivalent;
additional education inBusiness Administration or related field is a plus.
Prior experience in ecommerce or customer service roles preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in basic computer skills and data entry.
Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team environment.
Can successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
