As a Toddler Teacher at MLNECC, you will collaborate with fellow educators, students, and families to foster a positive learning environment for toddlers.
Desired Candidate Must:
Demonstrate prior experience working in teaching
Exhibit motivation and teamwork skills.
Possess knowledge of preschool-aged developmental milestones.
Recognize the individuality and strengths of each child.
Utilize a positive approach in managing disruptive behavior.
Maintain a well-organized, clean, and engaging classroom environment in collaboration with your co-teacher.
Communicate effectively and cultivate positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
Display patience, flexibility, dedication, responsibility, and initiative.
Adhere to punctuality and regular attendance requirements.
Physical Demands:
Ability to sit for extended periods on the floor and lift up to 50lbs.
Education and Experience:
Associate Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred, though not required.
Experience in early childhood education is advantageous.
Knowledge of Judaism is not necessary.
Requirements
Available for the 2024-2025 school year starting July and August 2024
