E-Store Manager

Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced E-store Manager to join our team. As the E-store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our online store. You will be in charge of managing the website, inventory, sales, and customer service. This is a full-time, on-site position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall operations of the online store, including website maintenance, product listings, and inventory management.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase website traffic, conversion rates, and overall sales.
- Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders, including tracking shipments and managing returns and exchanges.
- Oversee customer service operations, including responding to inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition to identify new opportunities and make necessary adjustments to the store.
- Manage and train a team of e-commerce associates to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the retail industry.
- Strong understanding of online retail platforms and e-commerce best practices.
- Proficiency in website management, inventory management, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for pets and knowledge of the pet industry is a plus.
