E-Commerce Specialist (On-Site)

Job Description
The eCommerce Specialist will work with and support the eCommerce Manager to develop, drive, and grow sales with Amazon Vendor Central, eBay Motors, and other digital marketplaces. The eCommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing and visualizing data in Excel (inventory, pricing, fill rate reports), assembling/creating digital content for email marketing campaigns, and monitoring the overall aesthetic of our 3rd party sales channel presence. This role is 100% onsite at our Dania Beach, FL location.
Role Requirements
Confident working with large Excel files (VLookup, Pivot Tables, Charts &
Graphs, Conditional Formatting, etc.)
Processes basic web technologies and software (browsers;
basic HTML is a plus;
FTP, Dropbox, MS Office suite, etc.).
Familiarity with SEO to monitor and optimize digital content and make suggestions to improve listing performance and health
Manage &
develop consumer-friendly content, ensuring relevancy and accuracy
Follow brand guidelines and web style guides to uphold brand standards
Participate in project brainstorming and concept development.
Participate in online strategy development with the executive team
Support eCommerce Manager with ad hoc projects
Develop a personal project management plan to track your progress, document &
achieve milestones
Create documentation for new processes and task completion
Plan and manage online marketing calendars
Update/Upload/Import/Export content managed areas (copy &
media)
Investigate and report any operational/technical issues
Produce status reports to track your efforts, tasks, and timelines
Ensure marketing content is current and refreshed as necessary
