Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Diversity, Equity &
Inclusion (DEI) Trainerto join our team. As a DEI Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within organizations. You will work closely with our clients to understand their specific needs and develop customized training solutions that align with their DEI goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify organizational DEI training needs
- Design and develop engaging and interactive training programs on topics such as unconscious bias, cultural competency, inclusive leadership, and creating an inclusive workplace
- Deliver training sessions to employees at all levels of the organization, utilizing a variety of training methods and techniques
- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement DEI strategies and initiatives
- Provide coaching and support to leaders and employees on DEI best practices
- Stay updated on current DEI trends and best practices, and incorporate them into training programs
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure ongoing success and satisfaction with training programs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing and delivering DEI training programs
- Strong knowledge of DEI best practices and current trends
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate with clients at all levels of the organization
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace
