Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coach and lead hourly associates in individual and group settings
Motivate and engage individual and team performance, achieving productivity and accuracy goals
Use reporting and analytical tools to ensure productivity and accuracy goals are met
Communicate ideas, suggestions, and concerns to Leadership team
Demonstrate conflict avoidance and resolution techniques
Assist in identifying opportunities for improvement in processes, training, and staffing utilization
Lead, train, and manage the performance of the team, ensuring all accuracy and Units Per Hour (UPH) goals are met
Foster and reinforce a positive, collaborative environment that respects and values diversity
Work in a productive function as needed
Assist in attending job fairs and with other workforce development projects
Promote safety awareness and support the safety culture through the company
Drive process improvements to support A&
