Job Description
Responsible for the efficient operation of the security dispatch desk.
Job Functions
Operate the Dispatch Desk.
Monitor all officers' current locations and assignments.
Prioritize telephone requests for assistance and dispatch officers according to priority of telephone requests received.
Access log screen on computer and update information as officers' details change.
Listen to and acknowledge incoming radio calls as appropriate.
Maintain control of Key Log and issuance and return of keys.
Input information from written reports (Lost, Investigative, etc.) into computer and file or maintain organization of written reports and correspondence.
Other duties as assigned by management.
