Dishwasher (Estate)

Job Description
Operates the industrial dishwasher in a proper and safe manner
Washes dishes, flatware, pots / pans and cooking utensils by hand when necessary
Maintains cleanliness and sanitation standards
Empties and cleans trash receptacles as needed
Prepares and packages individual place settings
Aids prep cook and other kitchen staff as needed, especially during peak times
Cleans up spills and broken glass
Sweeps and mops kitchen floors at end of shift, keeps kitchen mats clean
Loads and unloads trucks that deliver or pick up food and supplies
Sets up for events as needed
Organizes flatware, china and kitchen tools and equipment
Any other duties assigned, including but not limited to food preparation
