Job Description
The Director, VAS Channel Management will be responsible for driving a scaled and efficient Channel/ Partner sales process and supporting the growth of Value Added Services (VAS) indirect revenue. They will partner closely with NA regional sales, delivery and solutions/ product leads. Major focal points will include direct engagement with large strategic partners during program launch, identifying and executing initiatives to maintain and grow partner portfolio revenue, providing input to the strategic partner identification process, and supporting NA sales and account management teams in the execution of partner programs.
· Support implementation of Partner Programs such as Reseller, Referral, Platform, Sponsorship/Branding and other programs
· Collaborate across teams to gather requirements for each program
· Execute delivery according to program guides that detail requirements and benefits, terms and conditions, etc..
· Support field enablement for Partner Program elements such as, Incentives, Rules of Engagement, Deal Registration
· Collect and manage feedback from partners and deliver to Channel Program Manager
· Work cross functionally with sales operations, marketing, finance, enablement and technical teams to secure, operationalize and manage all aspects of various programs
· Drive mutual success metrics of the program,
· Manage and measure the results of assigned programs
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
