As the Director of Program Management, you will be responsible for the overall customer satisfaction, growth and profit levels for assigned clients. You'll oversee various operational areas, including profit and loss performance, supply chain strategy development, strategic account management and growth, and new solutions design and pricing. Role can be based in Lithia Springs, GA, Omaha, NE or Manassas, VA

What you'll do on a typical day:

• Lead the development of effective growth strategies for the supply chain;
  drive new account growth through effective solutions development
• Build and improve strategic relationships with the client's senior management team
• Ensure annual profit, efficiency and quality goals are attained at each client engagement
• Develop short-range and long-range plans and goals for the organization;
  ensure VOC/VOM KPIs aremeaningful, aligned and achieved regularly
• Direct capital expenditure and asset deployment activities;
  sustain Lean culture
• Manage account-driven initiatives
• Ensure customer contractual obligations are met

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
• 7 years of program/project management experience
• Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry
• Strong knowledge of vertical supply chain and supply chain systems

It'd be great if you also have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
• Solid financial acumen
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills with the capacity to effectively supervise, coach and influence employees
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  experience presenting clean, organized and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audience
• Strong project management skills and experience
