  Provides detailed financial analysis and review of bid process to ensure that proposals are consistent with corporate goals, objectives, and compliant with company policy with a heavy emphasis on winning new business
  
• 
  Major Responsibilities
  • Reviews and interprets all RFP's and related information to be included with detailed financial models.
  • Updates models with most current financial data for comparison, which includes current tax rates, training standards, vehicle costs, capital policies, fuel costs, competitive rates, and any other relevant information.
  • Performs sensitivity analysis on models based on changing pricing dynamics.
  • Serves as the central focal point to maintain model accuracy/integrity.
  • Works with Business Development Directors to gather all pricing data necessary to prepare a comprehensive review of new business opportunities.
  • Coordinates reviews with senior management to discuss pricing data and strategies to win business.
  • Maintains and updates accurate master pricing workbook for Regional management to use for renewal of existing contracts.
  
  Minimum Education or Certifications Required
  • Bachelors degree preferred or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  
  Minimum Experience or Skills Required
  • Financial background
  • Works well under pressure with multiple projects.
  • Well organized.
  • Detailed in documenting data sources.
  • Works well under tight timelines.
  • Ability to work long hours at times to get bids completed.
  • Very detail-oriented.
