Epsilon is seeking a Retail Media Operations Director, internally known as the Director of Operational Excellence. This critical role manages a team of (2) direct team members + (2) Epsilon India team members. There are also several supporting teams that are not direct reports but will seek advisory information and/or direction from the OpX leader to successfully execute within their roles.
The Operational Excellence Director is in charge of the creation, delivery, and training of our end-to-end “order to cash” process. This process enables all cross-functional teams to maintain a seamless and efficient process from pre-sales campaign to final campaign launch, including activation and billing. This role will take the initiative to evaluate areas of the business that can benefit from process improvement, analyze impacts to the process when new products are introduced and asks you to utilize your experience to train cross-functional teams. A large component of the Operational Excellence team is not only process development and management, but also data integrity and ensuring our inputs of data at the start of the opportunity sales cycle are accurate to enable a smooth flow through both the automated systematic process of enabling and the manual components. Finally, the Operational Excellence team is in charge of maintaining our Brand Sales RASCI where we outline responsibilities and ownership across Sales, Account Management, Ad Operations and other impacting cross-functional teams.

This role will report to the SVP, Business Transformation and work closely with Sales, Client Solutions Management, Delivery Ad Operations, Retail Business Owners, Accounting &
Finance, Product, Onboarding, and Analytics, Yield &
Business Intelligence. This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of 2 days/week in office if located within 1-hour of an Epsilon or Publicis office location. If the candidate is located outside of the Tampa Bay area, they should expect to travel in for training and at least 2-4x annually ongoing, as needed.

Who You Are
What you’ll bring with you:
Experience and hands on knowledge in retail media, eCommerce and digital advertising.
5+ years of experience in a client facing role.
In-depth understanding of the MS Office product suite.
Self-starter with excitement to create a team advised by exisiting leadership and enhanced by your experience.
Past experience as a people manager.
High level of customer service and client engagement.
Ability to elicit a strong sense of confidence and build rapport across many levels of the organization.
A proactive approach to problem solving with strong decision-making skills.

Strong organization skills – proving the ability to prioritize and ensure deadlines are met.
5+ years in operational excellence or operational processes, project management or product management.
