Job Description
GENERAL DUTIES &
RESPONSIBILITIES
Plans and monitors Sales Enablement and GTM Strategies to ensure smooth and accelerated progression through the sales funnel, and to facilitate clear interconnection between Line of Business, Sales, and Key Stakeholders.
Liaises with GMs, Sales leaders and their GTM teams across the Enterprise to align with sales segmentation, operations &
processes, training anddeal tracking.
Unites stakeholders in sales, marketing, and operations around the common goal of providing salespeople with the right resources, content, processes, and technology needed to engage with prospects and customers.
Serves as the connective tissue that ensures that Sales Enablement teams across Launches, Campaigns, Telequalification, and Education are servicing Sales and key stakeholders in the most effective way.
Creates a central function of distribution fluency in which he/she looks after the development of current and new enablement initiatives - including the programmatic design of these programs, while paving the way for their successful delivery to revenue teams. Pays close attention to what works well and what doesn’t, with the goal of continuously optimizing existing approaches.
Evaluates and tracks sales enablement metrics and KPIs that are vital to the growth and success of FIS - creating tools that demonstrate the business impact of Sales Activation &
Operations enablement efforts for stakeholder buy-in and support for future endeavors.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS &
ABILITIES
Proven experience asDirector of Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, GTM or equivalent position
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities. Strong project management skills
Outstanding communication and people skills
Experience in sales enablement, revenue-facing roles, sales training, or sales support, and a demonstrated knowledge of best practices, methodologies, and technologies in each of these areas
Measurable experience with having a positive impact on business outcomes, such as win rate, quota attainment, length of sales cycle, etc.
Experience in executing change management initiatives with established approaches, being agile and innovative
Data-driven with a proven track record in improving future sales enablement efforts through data analysis.
Technologically savvy with Outreach, Gong, Seismic, and SFDC/Microsoft Dynamics with an ability to communicate their functionality while also designing initiatives that support their adoption and track their usage.
Fluency with the buyers journey across the difference distribution channels.
Involvement and participation in sales enablement groups or communities (ideal)
