Director Of Product Management (Cloud Telecommunications)

The Director of Product Management will lead a team responsible for the development and management of the company's cloud telecommunications products. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support to define product roadmaps, drive product enhancements, and ensure successful product launches.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of product managers, providing guidance and support in product strategy, planning, and execution
Define product vision and roadmap, taking into account market trends, customer needs, and business goals
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the telecommunications industry and competitive landscape
Collaborate with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications and drive product development
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches
Monitor product performance and customer feedback, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous product enhancement
Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
Proven experience in product management, preferably in cloud telecommunications or related industry
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Strong understanding of user experience and the ability to advocate for customer needs
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and initiatives
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience working in an agile development environment
