Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and direction to the Labor &
Delivery team, including nursing staff, physicians, and support staff.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety.
Collaborate with other department leaders to optimize workflow, resource utilization, and patient outcomes.
Monitor departmental performance metrics and implement initiatives for continuous improvement.
Must-Haves:
1.)Bachelors degree is required
2.)Two years experience at a Director level required
3.)Registered Nurse in North Carolina or Compact state is required
Nice-To-Haves:
1.)Knowledge of community hospital and midwifery model
2.)Experience with level 2 nursery / NICU (or above)
3.)Master's degree is preferred
