About the role
We are currently seeking a dynamic, strategic, and innovative Director of Human Resources (HR) to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for leading and managing our HR department and will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. The candidate will have a strong background in HR functions, from managing a diverse set of HR matters, to conducting employee relations and talent acquisition.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure a productive and well functioning workforce.
Maintain pay plan and benefits program to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Lead talent management initiatives and career development programs.
Foster a positive work environment that supports the company's high-performance culture.
Requirements
Proven working experience as an HR Director for at least 5 years.
Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
Lead new employee onboard and off-boarding functions.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
Experience with talent management, performance management, employee relations, talent acquisition, and managing benefit plans.
Knowledge of comprehensive benefit packages and company training.
Familiarity with HIPAA guidelines and their application to employee benefit programs.
A degree in Human Resources or related field.
A master's degree and HR certification are a plus.
