Manufacturer of extruded products needs a leader to manage rubber chemists, application engineers, and product developers/engineers. Will manage programs to ensure products meet customer needs and can be made within budgets and timelines.This job requires technical knowledge and proven management skills.

Leada product development to meet revenue plans. Obtain customer materials approvals, pass validation testing requirements.
Manages product manufacturing costs.
Manages field product reliability issues.
Works with manufacturing to solve design problems and keep costs down.
Maintains knowledge about competitor products and technologies.
Defines and supports capital equipment changes.
