Director, Legal – Investigations

Job Description
As a Director, Legal – Investigations, you will be responsible for contributing to and leading critical activities designed to fully implement the ServiceNow Code of Ethics. This position assumes a leadership role over internal investigations undertaken by the Ethics &
Compliance organizationwithin the Legal Department at ServiceNow. This role will work collaboratively with members of the Ethics &
Compliance, Legal, Human Resources, Marketing, Alliance &
Channel Ecosystem, and Sales teams at ServiceNow. The successful candidate must radiate a “can-do” attitude.
This position reports to the Chief Ethics &
Compliance Officer and will be based at a ServiceNow location in the United States. The successful candidate for this position will lead internal investigations undertaken by the Ethics &
Compliance organizationon a global basis.

· Lead a broad range of global investigations related to potential violations of company policies or laws
· Conduct interviews of reporters and witnesses, perform document reviews, and perform related research
· Manage a team of Ethics &
Compliance colleagues strategically located at global ServiceNow locations.
· Track and manage the intake of allegations and ensure proper case set-up in the ServiceNow case management system
· Ensure that internal investigations are conducted in accordance with existing policies and procedures
· Prepare quarterly presentations for the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors
· Maintain and assess data on trends and patterns of allegations and investigations
· Issue reports regarding specific investigations for presentation to senior leadership
· Collaborate with ServiceNow colleagues on a global basis
· Monitor changes in laws, regulations, and government enforcement initiatives
· As appropriate, partner with outside legal counsel on investigative strategies and tactics
