Director, Finance & Accounting

We're seeking a strategic leader to join our vibrant team as Director of Finance &
Accounting. In this pivotal role, you'll drive our corporate objectives, spearhead growth initiatives, and ensure profitability. Collaborating closely across all business functions, you'll provide invaluable financial insights, streamline processes, and elevate our strategic vision to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute our company's strategic roadmap.
Provide expert financial guidance and recommendations to senior management, shaping critical decisions.
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders, enhancing transparency and trust.
Maintain rigorous compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory standards, safeguarding financial integrity.
Lead robust budgeting and forecasting processes to support informed decision-making and resource allocation.
Monitor and report on key financial metrics, offering actionable insights to drive performance improvements.
Direct finance, accounting, risk management, payroll, and related functions, fostering operational excellence.
Manage treasury functions and forecast cash flow positions, optimizing liquidity and financial stability.
Coordinate annual audits with external auditors and ensure comprehensive tax planning and compliance.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
MBA in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent related experience and education.
Certification:
CPA or CMA preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 8 years in progressively complex technical accounting/finance roles
