We are searching for a seasoned Director of Data Management to lead our data management initiatives within our Data Insights Practice. The Director of Data Management will play a crucial role in shaping and executing data management strategies for our clients, ensuring data integrity, security, and usability. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in data management within consultancy environments, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of data technologies and best practices.

Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive data management strategies and solutions for clients, aligning with their business objectives and technical requirements.
Provide expert guidance on data governance, data quality, data architecture, and data security to clients, helping them establish robust data management frameworks.
Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to understand their data needs, challenges, and opportunities, and propose tailored data management solutions to address them effectively.
Oversee the design and implementation of data architectures, including data models, data pipelines, and data warehouses, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
Define and enforce data governance processes and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices across client organizations.
Drive data quality initiatives, including data profiling, data cleansing, and data validation, to enhance the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of client data.
Lead a team of data management consultants, providing mentorship, coaching, and support to foster their professional growth and ensure project success.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and proactively address any issues or risks to ensure the timely and successful completion of data management projects.
Stay abreast of emerging data management trends, technologies, and methodologies, and provide thought leadership and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on data management matters, both internally and externally, participating in client meetings, workshops, and presentations as needed.
