Overview
The Data Intelligence Team is a centralized team within Publicis Media focused on driving growth and efficiency of research and analytics solutions. We are looking for a dynamic leader to help innovate and pilot new analytics solutions. This person will promote the collection/organization of best practices and pilot emerging methodologies/tools to elevate our data intelligence offerings. The ideal candidate should have a record of accomplishment influencing stakeholders in a matrixed environment, a strong learning orientation, and a passion for applying new analytics techniques to solve a variety of marketing and media problems.
What you will do
As a Director, you will work under the guidance of the SVP of Global Data Intelligence to develop analytics solutions that solve client challenges in marketing investment and communication. This role will engage with cross-functional teams across the globe and work on the full range of analytics practices, including emerging analytics methodologies and client applications.
More specifically, the selected candidate will :
Serve in a client-facing capacity, consulting with clients to evaluate their measurement maturity and recommend best-in-class solutions;
activities may include conducting stakeholder interviews, leading workshops, summarizing learnings, and providing recommendations to elevate clients' measurement and analytics solutions.
Act as the liaison between market analytics SMEs and contribute to defining the enterprise data and analytics roadmap, which will scale across different industries and geographic locations.
Collaborate with colleagues to evaluate the evolving data analytics landscape and assist clients and agency teams in identifying and adopting emerging analytics solutions that solve business problems.
Consult with agency teams to increase adoption of best-in-class analytics and measurement solutions, with a focus on Publicis OS.
Deliver POVs and thought leadership content on topics around measurement, AI/ML, and analytics for both the agency and clients. Lead the publication of the Publicis Analytics Newsletter by collaborating with Publicis measurement SMEs across the globe.
Support client leads and new business teams in defining a go-to-market strategy for analytics solutions to drive agency growth and support RFI/RFP responses.
Facilitate collaboration within the Publicis Data Intelligence community;
actively participate inglobal data intelligence monthly calls and lead SME group discussions
Undertake other projects as required by leadership.
