Job Description
The Director, Data Integration &
Analytics role is a long-term freelance opportunity reporting to the Senior Vice President, Strategy.

Tools
Understand how to approach complex problems by outlining several ways to approach the challenges, and structure the approach from a cost / benefit perspective and guide a team through execution
Considered an expert within the Data team for strategic insight and ability to apply insights to multiple client situations.
Advance cross-capability programs
Harmonize measuring performance in a noisy environment
Recommend and understand multiple applicable data tools and platforms to address and identify both internal and external strategic needs
Integrate long-term possible effects of insights and recommendations across several channels
Ensure that the team maintains high analytical output, including distribution of reporting or advanced analytics work that advances towards a specific business goal
Communication &
Client Interaction
Guide strategy, resolve issues, and identify new opportunities through constructive dialogue with internal and client teams
Respect others' opinions and take feedback into deliverables constructively
Either condense and simplify or detail out the specifics, depending upon the audience
Sought out by clients for subject-based opinions and project recommendations
Lead, with guidance, the development of medium-sized client strategic agenda
Understand how to document and respond to client feedback and recognize when to escalate issues or push back on a client
Bring client ideas for leveraging broader capabilities when applicable
