Located on a hillside overlooking the valley, we are a 123-bed, acute-care hospital, primary stroke center, and acardiac heart surgery hospital. We provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services.
Requirements
Degree (Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate) in a health-related field
5 years’ experience in QA/PI hospital management experience
Registered Professional Nurse (RN)
Certifications:
Must be currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law.
CPHQ or eligible to take the exam within 2 years of employment.
Responsibilities:
1) Responsible for leading the Quality / Performance Improvement activities across the hospital.
2) Integration of the Quality / Performance Program activities for the Medical and Hospital-wide Staff.
3) Data management and reporting for Quality / Performance Improvement initiatives.
4) Oversight of Quality / Performance Improvement department and staff.
4) Responsible for complying with all policies and procedures that pertain to HIPAA including the minimum requirements for the DCQI position.
Licenses:
Registered Nurse Preferred, Certified Professional Risk Management Certification and/or Certified Professional Healthcare Quality Certification within 3 years of hire.
