How you'll make an impact:
We are hiring for a Director of Client Accounting &
Finance!

Responsibilities for this role include:

Managing a large team of direct and indirect reports including coaching, training and developing the team
Full cycle accounting management
Managing financial, operational, and reporting activities, not limited to, accounting, financial reporting, financial planning and budgeting
Providing economic, strategic, and operational planning information and analysis
Organizing work relating to internal and external audits.
Participate in a variety of special projects and reports, including leading process improvements, creating SOP’s, etc.
Creating and leading presentations for leadership and BOD’s

About you:
Required:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
7 years related experience required
Ability to translate financial concepts
Strong technical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office:
Expert proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks
Strong communication and leadership skills
Excellent analytical skills

Preferred:

Experience managing full cycle accounting department
Experience with new accounting system evaluation/integration a plus
Experience working with/reviewing tax returns a plus
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics/MS365 preferred
Public Accounting experience highly preferred
Master's degree desirable
Active CPA license in the state of CA preferred
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment
