What you will be doing:
- Provides 24 hour leadership and accountability for the clinical practice and operational functions for case management. Ensures quality services for neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients by collaborating intra/interdepartmentally with staff, colleagues, administration, physicians and others. Effectively manages materiel, fiscal and human resources. Adheres to organizational policies and procedures;
regulatory/accrediting body requirements;
and professional practice standards.
- Provides leadership for the assessment, development, implementation and evaluation of safe, cost-effective care delivered within the case management department.
- Develops and supervises the case management staff.
- Collaborates, communicates and maintains effective relationships with staff, physicians, other healthcare providers and colleagues, and the community.
- Prepares, monitors and responds to variances in the operating and capital budgets.
- Integrates best practices in the delivery of case management services.
- Participates in local, state and national professional organizations.
- Participates in hospital activities and represents the hospital in delegated functions.
- Participates in staff meetings, education programs, committees, QI activities and mandatory inservices.
- Other responsibilities of a Director Case Management as well.

Requirements
What they are looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required. Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Current licensure to practice professional Nursing in the State of Ohio.
- Three to five year's experience in a hospital setting.
- Previous management/supervisory experience.
- Current certification as a Case Management Administrator preferred.
Benefits
Hours and compensation potential:
- Position is full time day shift(primarily 8am-5pm).
- Range is between $85K-$130K depending on experience and a full benefit package.
