Dungarvinis looking for dedicated Direct Support Professionalsto provide direct care support to people with developmental disabilities in our Day Program. Candidates will have a desire to create a lasting positive impact on people's lives and enjoy coaching, mentoring, and encouraging others to reach theirgoals.

Work in a Behavioral Adult Day Program located in Rohnert Park, CA
Assist the persons served to direct the course of their own lives, develop and maintainrelationships, and participate in their communities
Assist individuals with planning and achieving goals
Assis withdirect care and support with daily activitiessuch asmealtime and personal care
Implement positive behavior support plans
Drive the company van or small bus to activitiesin the community
Follow protocols and procedures to maintaina healthyand safe environment
Assist persons served to direct the course of their own lives, develop, and maintain relationships, and participate in their communities.
Assist individuals with planning and achieving goals.
Assist with direct care and support with daily activities, such as mealtime and personal cares.
Plan various activities, outings, and workshops, to improve life skills and help build independence.
