Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Direct Sales Representative to join our team on a temporary basis. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing our consumer product &
services within the outdoor equipment industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use customer serviceskills with our prospected potential &
existing customer leads.
- Willingness to accept qualify leads for scheduled appointments.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase the benefits of our solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to effectively position our solutions in the market.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, preferred.
- Minimum of 1- 2 years of experience in direct sales, sales, customer service, preferably in the technology or event industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel within the Birmingham, AL or surrounding zipcode areas to meet with customers.
- Valid driver's license &
vehicle insurance.
- Background check maybe conducted.

Range up to $600 - $1180+ weekly, plus commission
