Digital Production Coordinator

Job Description
As a member of our Production team, we seek minds that are curious about all new technology but particularly individuals who are actively experimenting with AI to work with us in continuing to bring the future to our clients and their customers. As a Digital Production Coordinator, you will learn and assist in the deployment of new content and vehicles to (url removed), Toyota Owners and other properties in the Toyota sphere. You will also supportteammateswithday-to-daytasks and documentationforestimates,productionworkflows and agencyprocesses.
A successful candidate will be a detail-oriented self-starter, with good judgment, excellent computer skills, and an outgoing personality. Having a college degree is preferred. A fascination with digital marketing is required and a passion for cars and the automotive market is desirable. Previous agency experience is a plus.
Roles and Responsibilities include:
Assisting in weekly maintenance and deployment activities
Creating and managing estimates for multiple projects
Creating, compiling, and maintaining project and department documentation
Keeping accurate timesheets and submitting them in a timely manner
Adhering to company policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned
Stay currenton the latest developments and trends in the field of artificial intelligence (AI) and incorporate emerging technologies and best practices into project planning and execution.
