The Associate Director, Marketing Automation (SFMC) Product Owner is part of the AbbVie Digital Lab and will be responsible for playing an integral part of the team building Patient Services 1:
1 marketing programs and being the business owner of AbbVie’s Patient Services Salesforce Marketing Cloud marketing automation platform.
Responsibilities include:
Onboard, train, and manage team of marketing automation specialists who will build, QC and execute brand omnichannel programs. Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members. Build high performing team and keep all team members on the same page regarding key projects and initiatives through regular status reporting and meetings.
Ensure high quality, on-time, and error free implementation, testing and QA of campaigns within the marketing automation platform. Employ standard quality control process and procedure throughout the entire setup process to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Email deliverability owner and IP reputation management to ensure proper inbox placement and successful email deliverability for all AbbVie brands.
Oversee and support Issue Management from identification through resolution and ensure corrective/preventative action implemented for campaign builds, IP reputation and deliverability.
Coach team on agile delivery activities such as design, build, QA, and continuous improvement. Define appropriate documentation, policies and procedures and ensure team follows / maintains for their respective brands
Influence and implement capabilities including targeting, personalization, audience segmentation, and dynamic, personalized content to deliver the best customer experience. Build and execute test plans, identify winners and pro-actively recommend optimization opportunities and ensure high email deliverability, reach and engagement. Coach and train team to implement for their respective brands.
Collaborate with various internal / external leaders to define, execute, and optimize email, SMS, direct mail, and media campaigns. Cross-functional teams include Brand Marketing, Strategy, Business Technology Solutions, Marketing Analytics &
Business Insights, Creative and Digital Agencies.
Prioritization campaign workload across team members, support several brands at a time and can constantly shift gears to address current and future business needs. Ensure team provides exemplary customer service while setting and maintaining client expectations.
Keep abreast of 1:
1 marketing and email industry best practices and new technology by participating in professional organizations, as well as attending industry seminars and conferences. Provide thought leadership, recaps and how industry advancements can be applied to AbbVie.
