Role Summary:
The Dietary Manager is responsible for coordinating dining services, designing, and implementing quality dining programs that enhance the dining experience for the guest and provides quality nutrition in accordance with governing regulations. A passion for quality food production, plating, and presentation is key. Our facility boasts a large dining room, multiple outdoor patios, and informal Bistro setting to accommodate patients and their guests.

Qualifications
Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification from the Association of Food and Nutrition Professionals preferred;
will also accept Food Protection Manager Certification with two years SNF Dietary Management experience
Current ServSafe Certification and Fingerprint Clearance Card
Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory capacity in a skilled nursing facility required
Knowledge of Culinary Services practices and procedures as well as the laws, regulations, and guidelines governing Culinary Department functioning in a skilled nursing facility.
