Diesel Mechanic Technician Duties:
Perform routine preventative maintenance and general reconditioning of equipment on Class 1 through Class 8 vehicles
Diagnose, document, and repair engine fault codes (Company supplied OEM software) following proper warranty procedures
Repair / Replace brakes, steering components, suspension, and perform alignments
Replace clutches &
transmissions
Mobile Technician Duties:
Will start and finish each day in our Braintree shop and will support Miller Truck Leasing customers within a 50-60 mile radius of Braintree with use of company truck.
Perform Vehicle Condition Reports (DVCR's) on all trucks and perform required work at customer locations throughout the Braintree area
Requirements
Prior experience working as a diesel mechanic, fleet mechanic, or heavy equipment mechanic
A valid CDL (Class A or B) or the ability to acquire a Commercial Driver License with the assistance of our trainer
