About the team:
The team is delivering modernized and automated solutions to enable companies to run their payables processes as a strategic lever, rather than a burdensome process. You’ll work as part of a team of individuals who are self-motivated, proactive, and creative out-of-the-box thinkers;

About the role:
As the Sr Director you will use strategy, analytical, and financial skills. This is a highly visible position, and you will need to have exceptional drive and energy, solid analytical skills, strong verbal and written communications skills, hands-on experience in banking or financial services, strategy and business development, and the organizational agility to influence decisions.
What you will be doing:
Partner with AP / AR leadership team to help drive business objectives and ensure the broader executive team is well-informed
Support the Platform team by utilizing data, create business plans and strategies to help enable increased performance across teams, including analysis of management reporting, creation of strategy plans and ad-hoc requests
Act as a local extension between leadership and support groups by working on joint projects and managing communication between teams
Identify areas for continued process improvement and enhance efficiencies by generating innovative ideas and solutions
Work with the team to make visually appealing and engaging presentations focused on sharing ideas, demoing products, landing strategies, and updating executives
Collaborating with stakeholders, clients, and presenters to understand objectives, incorporate feedback, and transform ideas, strategies and dense text into effective presentations
What you will need:
Strong Data and End to End Strategy building skills
Ability to understand overall business drivers and identify risks and opportunities
Strong presentation design skills
Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to present to all levels of the organization
Ability to be comfortable interacting with internal and external executives
Curiosity and problem-solving skills
Strong execution and project management skills
Strong attention to detail
Effective time management to meet tight deadlines
Ability to respond to rapidly changing business needs
Ability to navigate through ambiguity and complexities
Ability to analyze client's business needs and determine related support
Ability to manage multiple projects, activities, and problem areas

Other related duties assigned as needed
A bachelor’s in business administration, graphic design, marketing, visual communications or the equivalent experience.
Added bonus if you have:
Experience in technology and a fast paced innovation team is highly desirable
