About the team
As a DevOps Engineer at Worldpay, you will be an active member in developing &
supporting the product,adopting best CI/CD practices &
increasing the speed and resiliency of our delivery practices. Collaborate on product vision and roadmap with various teams across the business. Be part of an agile team in the day-to-day execution of sprint. Keep up with DevOps best practices and trends.
What you will be doing
Design, build and manage our AWS infrastructure via Terraform / CloudFormation
Design, build and manage CI/CD tools (e.G CloudBees Jenkins, SonarQube, Nexus) in Kubernetes
Ability to provide technical consultation to our internal development teams
Ability to present to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Understand the team objectives and make sure that the team are on the path to achieving their Sprint / PI Goals.
Participate in code reviews, retros, demos &
other ceremonies
Other duties to facilitate smooth running of the team
What you bring:
Minimum 2+ years of professional work experience as a DevOps / Cloud / Platform Engineer
Experience in K8s (containerization technology), helm &
Terraform (IaC).
Experience in AWS/Azure infrastructure management and automation
Experience in one or more coding/scripting languages (Python, Bash, Go)
Experience in Configuration Management (Ansible/Puppet) &
CI/CD automation
Experience around monitoring, alerting &
logging
Experience with fundamental Linux administration
Good communication &
presentation skills
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
Added bonus if you have:
Certification in Cloud / IaC / Containerized Applications

The pay range for this full-time position is $89,180.00 - $(phone number removed) and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
