What You Do:
Project Management:
Plan and execute engineering projects that meet customer requirements and exceed expectations.
Innovative Design:

Feasibility &
Testing:
Design feasibility studies and testing methods to confirm system and product capabilities.
Product Development:
Create mechanical products tailored to customer specifications.
Process Improvement:
Develop and refine manufacturing processes, focusing on cost reduction and process enhancement by designing and modifying equipment for fabrication, assembly, and installation.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure system and product quality through meticulous testing methods.
Data Analysis:
Prepare comprehensive product reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Customer Support:
Provide detailed engineering information by responding to questions and requests.
Regulatory Compliance:
Maintain product and company reputation by adhering to government regulations.
Database Management:
Maintain system and product databases through programming and data entry.
What Were Looking For:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
Experience:
Heavy equipment engineering experience is a plus;
open to new graduates and those with up to 5+ years of experience.
Technical Proficiency:
Advanced computer skills, proficiency in Excel, and design software systems.
Communication Skills:
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities for effective interaction with all internal and external contacts.
Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical and technical skills to understand business practices and recommend appropriate automation opportunities.
Cost Accounting:
Functional understanding of cost accounting principles.
