Dental Receptionist/Patient Care Coordinator

SALT Dental Collective is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients have a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting and checking in patients
Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment calendar
Handling patient inquiries and providing excellent customer service
Collecting and processing patient payments and insurance information
Maintaining accurate patient records and updating patient information
We are looking for someone who is friendly, detail-oriented, and has strong communication skills. A background in medical or dental office administration is preferred.

Dental Office:
Brewer Dental Center, Billings, MT
We offer flexible work schedules. 4-10 hour shifts, or 5-8 hours shifts.

Pay Rate:
$19-$21/hr
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
At least 6 months prior experience in a dental office setting
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in computer systems and ability to learn new software quickly
Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Knowledge of insurance billing and verification processes
Experience with patient scheduling and managing appointments
