Dental Liaison

Position Overview:
Are you an experienced dental professional with a knack for multi-tasking and a passion for patient care? We are seeking a Dental Liaison to join our team, primarily focusing on front-office tasks but also ready to lend a hand in the back office as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage front office duties including patient scheduling, billing, and insurance claims using Dentrix software
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all patients feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they walk in
Assist with back office duties as needed, including sterilization of instruments, preparing treatment rooms, and supporting dental practitioners during procedures
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all dental practice regulations
Facilitate smooth communication between the front and back offices to enhance overall operational efficiency
Utilize bilingual skills to assist a diverse patient population, ensuring all communications are clear and effective
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years experience working in a dental practice, with proficiency in Dentrix software
Bilingual proficiency (required)
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility and willingness to support various aspects of the practice as needed
Ability to work productively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Additional Information:
Part-time position with a pay rate of $22-27 per hour
Opportunity for full-time transition by floating to another office on Thursdays for a few months
