Requirements
Patient Examination and Doctor Support:
Perform impressions and x-rays as necessary, carefully record all observations during exams and treatments. Proactively anticipate the doctor's needs and be fully prepared. Utilize your creativity and imagination to help alleviate anxiety for nervous or hesitant patients.
Office and Patient Management:
Maintain the daily schedule, ensuring a smooth flow of patients and minimizing wait times. Assist with front office tasks, including collecting necessary consent forms and verifying patient insurance eligibility.
Treatment room upkeep and sterilization.
Promote Dental Health Education and aftercare to all patients, their parents, and guardians.
Stay informed about all compliance, safety, and licensure training and requirements.
Qualifications
An X-Ray Certificate and at least one year of experience.
The ability to recognize and manage your own emotions, as well as understand the emotions of others. This is important for building strong relationships, reducing team stress, resolving conflicts, and improving job satisfaction.
A strong commitment to serving your patients and being consistently present and reliable for your team.
Benefits
Full-Time Opportunity (4 days a week).
Monday - 9 am to 6 pm
Tuesday - 7 am to 5 pm
Wednesday - 7 am to 4 pm
Thursday - 8 am to 5 pm
Friday - 7 am to 2 pm
From $18-$22 per hour depending on experience.
401(k) and up to a 4% match.
