Requirements
As a Demand Manager at Envalior you will manage the demand planning activity in North and South America via a defined business policy to achieve high quality of forecast accuracy of the region.
Main Responsibilities
SHE &
Security To comply withEnvalior SHE requirements and Local legislations.
Work with business partners to generate consensus demand forecast in IBP
Interact with sales, product lines, and operations to understand and interpret the potential impact market trends and demand drivers can have on demand and adjust the statistical forecast model to reflect those impacts.
Use and maintain current demand-planning systems to create the best statistical forecast possible using established processes.
Familiarity with the Standard Demand Planning system features like best-fit/what-if analysis, class/characteristic identification,
Assess the impact of market changes or significant variances in the forecast and recommend appropriate revisions and tactics.
Manage statistical forecast exceptions by utilizing demand-planning exception reports to identify and fix potential issues.
Measure, analyze and report key process metrics and monitor adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive for improvement.
Evaluate sales patterns of key customers and predict how the company should react to product phase in, phase out, price changes, event, etc
The scope is North and South America;
Portuguese or Spanish aplus, but not required
Work with various cross-functional teams on projects such as new product launches, demonstrate sound business decision making aligned with company goals
Chair the monthly demand forecast signed off meetings with Commercial leadership- team in the region.
Participate the monthly Regional S&
Ox meetings.
Quality
Comply with Envalior policy on Quality and implement Quality Management System, and report to management on any noncompliance cases observed.
Impact of position
Own demand forecast process as one of the important sessions in IBP process. Build relationships. Warrant data integrity. Drive consensus on the volume projections and forecast for the Supply Chain. Mitigate constraints for demand.

Commercial team
Supply chain team including demand management team, supply planning team, logistics team, customer service and Master data management team.
Finance team/Commercial controller
Product Line
Other Competencies, Skills and Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in Demand planning
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in business administration / Supply Chain
Builds excellent relationships with key internal and external customers based on trust and confidence.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into high-level analysis and demand planning.
Proficiency using technology tools that enable demand planning and reporting, SAP IBP a strong plus.
Teaching/educating/coaching/mentoring stakeholders toward desired business outcomes.
Evaluate scenarios in with end-to-end supply chain impact in mind.
Ability to refine and train algorithms to aid in analysis and scenario planning.
The ability to translate business goals and metrics into business process outcomes and related business cases for specific projects.
Focuses on both short-term results and long-term goals.
Supply chain/operations certification a plus, such as APICS, CPIM or lean.
