The Role:
Congo Brands is seeking aDemand Analyst. You will be expected to build sales forecasts accurately and reliably. Your focus will be learning our demand planning process, forecasting a segment of the business, and providing various reporting needs for the team. In this role, the Demand Analyst will align cross-functionally on updated forecasts while also tracking performance to plan and determining where accuracy can be improved.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and maintain forecast of a valid Demand Plan covering a rolling 12-month horizon for all items within area/portfolio of responsibility.
Ensure that the cross-functional team is aligned with the Demand Plan
Ensure that the plan is correctly shared with our supply planners across multiple manufacturing sites.
Perform analytical tasks to support the Supply Chain and Operations team, create efficiencies and driving continuous improvements.
Provide reporting support to team members.
Key Skills and Experience Preferred:
1+ year of demand planning experience
BS or BA degree preferred
Experience in Microsoft Excel
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
Team oriented, driven to share learnings and knowledge amongst our team to ensure optimum solutions.
