Delivery Driver

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Driver for Food and Beverage to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting food and beverage products to various locations safely and in a timely manner. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Safely transport food and beverage products to designated locations.
Load and unload products from the delivery vehicle using appropriate equipment and techniques.
Ensure that all deliveries are made on time and in accordance with the delivery schedule.
Verify the accuracy of delivery orders and obtain necessary signatures from customers upon delivery.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and customers to coordinate delivery routes and address any delivery-related issues.
Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the delivery vehicle.
Perform routine vehicle maintenance and inspections to ensure the delivery vehicle is in good working condition.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle and report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
Assist with other duties within the food and beverage department, as needed.
Requirements
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
· Proven experience as a delivery driver or similar role.
· Excellent driving skills and knowledge of safe driving practices.
· Strong communication and customer service skills.
· Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
· Attention to detail and accuracy in verifying delivery orders.
· Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects.
· Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
· Knowledge of local roads and neighborhoods is a plus.
· Preferred Qualifications:
· Previous experience in the food and beverage industry.
· Familiarity with GPS navigation systems.

The base pay range for this position is a salary range of $25.00-28.00 USD Hourly per year. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid within the range depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, etc.
