In thisMDMrole, youwillbean extension of the brand and sales team,representingnot onlyDe’Longhi, but their otherwell-knownbrandssuchasNutribulletandBraun kitchen appliances.Youwill personifyeachbrand’s missionstatementandspreadexcitement that will resonatewith both consumers and in-store retail staff.This is a long-term, dedicated role that works up to 35 hours per week, with required flexibility to work up to40 hoursper week during the vacation season and other peak selling times.This role requiresregularin-market travelfor store visits(up to a60-mileradius)andspecial events.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Build brand loyalty and creditability within-storeretail salesassociates
Engage customers during high-traffic times at select demo day events to drivesales
Travel within assigned market to visit all stores in the territory according to the designatedfrequency
Facilitate informal, formal,and large-scale trainings to retail associates andmanagers
Attend andassistwith out-of-market trainings andevents
Report intelligenceregardingthe program and marketing environment strategically for each tactic
Provide merchandising services to deliver POS, collateral,and products to carrier locations along with compliance verification and competitivedetails
Gather in-market and out-of-marketintelligence
Maintain product displays and product functionality while in-store
Respond to supervisor requests and correspondence ina timelyfashion
