About the Position:

As a Data Scientist, you will play a crucial role in our team by leveraging your expertise in statistics, machine learning, programming, and data modeling to derive valuable insights from complex and high-dimensional datasets. This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive innovation through exploratory data analysis and develop prototypes that contribute to product improvement and business growth.
Job Responsibilities:

Advanced Analysis:
Apply statistical techniques, machine learning algorithms, and advanced mathematics to identify patterns, opportunities, and business questions from diverse datasets.
Model Development:
Design, develop, and evaluate predictive models and algorithms to extract optimal value from data, contributing to prototype development and product enhancement.
Hypothesis Testing:
Generate and test hypotheses, analyze experiment results, and interpret findings to inform product decisions and improvements.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with product engineers to translate prototypes into new products, services, and features, providing guidance for large-scale implementation.
Business Intelligence Support:
Provide support for Business Intelligence (BI) and data visualization, including online customer service dashboards and ad-hoc requests requiring data analysis and visual representation.
Skills Required:

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and/or R, big data tools like Hadoop, or data visualization tools such as Tableau.
Excellent written communication skills to convey complex information effectively and engage stakeholders in meaningful discussions.
Experience working with large datasets and applying analytical techniques to derive actionable insights.

Pay Range:

$50-60/hr
