About the opportunity
The data operations &
systems analyst will act as the Sales &
Partner teams’ advocate, administrator and subject matter expert of the Sales &
Partner Tech Stack.
In alignment with and in support of the Contentful Business Systems team, this person will be responsible for administrative tasks related to implementing and maintaining the business tools used by our field team. The Sales Systems Analyst will also assist with data operations and hygiene to benefit reporting accuracy. This role will also assist with strategic Tech Stack planning in order to scale and build the next level of resources needed to meet our business goals.
What to expect?
Manage administrative aspects of Sales &
Partner tech stack.
Assist with day-to-day data hygiene tasks across field systems.
Inform vendor renewal, user and use case expansion and procurement processes.
Collaborate with regional and cross functional Operation teams, Enablement, Marketing and other departments to improve integration of all tools and use case applications.
Analyze and help optimize current system-driven processes to scale for growth and efficiency such as enablement delivery, predictive modeling of machine learning across tech stack.
Contribute to team-wide project management.
Assist with the development of project plans to drive software systems and processes. improvements, enhance business efficiency, manage new product implementations.
Perform in-depth analysis and insights into key business metrics.
What you need to be successful?
3+ years professional experience (Saas preferred)
Thrives in a fast-paced environment, is adaptable, versatile and detail-oriented
Proficiency in data analysis (excel is a must)
Data visualization experience (tableau preferred)
CRM experience (SFDC preferred)
Procurement and vendor management experience (a plus)
Process mapping and flow chart experience a must (Miro experience preferred)
Project mgmt experience (preferred)

This role will need to be conducted in a state in which we are currently registered to do business.
Colorado Salary Statement:
The salary range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in the state of Colorado if selected for the role. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.G. JD/technology), for example.
Colorado Salary Range:
$88,000 - $92,500
