Job Description
The primary function is to accurately enter information provided into the appropriate area as instructed
Duties
Enter information provided into the system in a timely and accurate manner
Must be able to type a minimum of 35 WPM with 98% accuracy.
Provide 5 Star Customer Service to non-owner guests &
OPC’s
Manifest the invites using SAM’s system by entering all contact information and package details per each guest invite.
Maintain a tracking log of documents entered.
Complete daily minimum document entry requirements for department.
