Tosupportthatchallenge, Syngenta’s Commercial team is currently seeking a Data Compensation and LifecycleManagementLead in Greensboro, NC.
The Data Compensation and LifecycleManagementLead will beresponsibleforexcellencein thesupportof the Post PatentStrategy(PPS) Manager,Headof Crop Protection (CP) Product LifecycleManagement(PLM) and Crop Protection Marketing Team in the development and implementation of LifecycleManagementstrategies, tactics and actions ensuring effectivecommunicationof criticalneedsand timing across product andCustomerMarketing Teams.
Accountabilities:
Collect,organizeand assemble study justification documentation from Regulatory files for use in Data Compensation settlements.
BuildData Compensation claim calculators using Regulatory Correspondence Files and Product Safety Study cost records todeterminedatavaluetosupportsettlement negotiations and/or arbitrations.
SupportPPS Manager on End-to-Endmanagementof Data Compensation settlement activities including but not limited to;
establishing compensability of Syngenta data submissions through regulatory correspondence files, documenting compensable study costs via R&
D accounting system(s) and files,buildingclaim calculators, initiating the Non-Disclosure Agreements between the parties, invoicing of data compensation settlement amounts and monitoring of payment collections with the Finance Business Partner.
Supportthe PPS Manager and Data Compensation Lead and lead as appropriate, development, refinement andexecutionof Data Compensation strategies toprotectthevalueof Syngenta data,Intellectual Propertyand other assets.
Supportthe PPS Manager and Data Compensation Lead with key activities, including but not limited to;
drafting settlement agreements, collecting arbitration documents (working with Outside Counsel on document preparation), participate in the Global Monthly Business review sessions and coordinate with Canadian BusinessStrategy&
Development Team and other business functions as necessary.
Learnandsupportall Data Mining processes through the use of available resources, e.G. Panjiva and EPA websites to monitor and communicate import andcompetitorregulatory information in a timely manner to the appropriate stakeholders as well as managing day-to-day activities of one to two contract employees.
ManageData Call-In costsharingagreements with 3rd Parties ensuring their development, review andexecutionwith Legal and Regulatory Business Partner(s) is complete, including invoicing and monitoring of payment collections with the Finance Business Partner.
Supportthe PLM Lead in specificcustomerrelated activities;
e.G.Customerdataanalyticsin preparation for 3rd Party business meetings / interactions, assume account lead for certain 3rd Party non-branded selling activities, developingcompetitiveprofiles.
